La Giustrela was born in 2008 in Monchio from Elena's desire to live in and of Nature.
Elena does not cultivate or breed, but simply collects the best that nature has to offer. parco dei Cento laghi offers spontaneously, thus minimizing its impact on the environment and maximizing the value of the products of its land.
Herbs, flowers, mushrooms and wild fruits once collected are then transformed, in the most natural way possible,
in extra jams, pickles, sauces and syrups, all free from preservatives, thickeners and chemical flavourings.
