La Giustrela was born in 2008 in Monchio from Elena’s desire to live in and of Nature.
Elena does not cultivate or breed, but simply harvests the good things that nature in the Hundred Lakes Park offers spontaneously, thus minimizing her impact on the environment and making the most of the products of her land.
Herbs, flowers, mushrooms and wild fruits once harvested are then processed, as naturally as possible,
in extra jams, pickles, sauces and syrups, all free of preservatives, thickeners and chemical flavorings.
