The desire to help enhance an area rich in history and traditions, where nature is lush and unspoiled, motivated us to make our apartment available, year-round, for those interested.
The apartment, on the ground floor, has a large terrace overlooking the forest, equipped with tents, table, benches, deck chairs and a comfortable rocking chair
for total relaxation, from which to admire spectacular sunsets and a magnificent starry sky.
The living area gives onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, and appliances needed to prepare and eat lunch. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, kitchen paper, paper towels, and a bottle of mineral water are available in the pantry.
The following are available in a dedicated cabinet: trail maps, tourist brochures, signaling of major services, playing cards, books, board games.
In the bathroom each guest will find set of towels, soap, shower supplies, hair dryer.
Laundry can be hung out on the terrace. The washing machine is built into a cabinet, concealed.
Free wifi inside the house.

Outdoor car/motorbike parking, indoor in certain months of the year.
To the left of the house is usable a large green space with a small table, benches and some games for the little ones.
A professional foosball table is available in the garage space.

There are two rooms, comfortable and functionally furnished. In the first there is a large closet with a French bed topped by a single bed. In the other, French bed, exposed wooden hangers, shelf, small chair, an antique trunk, full-length mirror.
Plenty of blankets and pillows are available.
According to the length of stay, linen change is provided.
A baby bed and high chair is available upon request.
Hand sanitizing gel is available.
Cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products, paying special attention to sensitive points (switches, handles, etc.)
