Why visit it?

Monchio delle Corti, an ideal place for summer and winter holidays, is located between Mount Sillara (1861 m), Alpe Succiso, and Mount Caio (1560 m). Numerous excursions can be organized from here, following old mule tracks, forest trails, and ancient paths.
Monuments and museums worth visiting are the Church of SS. Lorenzo and Michele; the permanent exhibition "Mountain Life" at the Town Hall and the ponte di Lugagnano.

About 12 km from Monchio delle Corti, Spilla Meadow It is a tourist and ski resort located at an altitude of 1350 metres on the border between the provinces of Massa Carrara and Reggio Emilia, in an area of ​​high environmental value included in the Parco dei Cento Laghi.
The countless trails that lead from the hamlets to the ridge, crossing woods, pastures, and moors, along lakes and streams, allow horseback riding and mountain biking enthusiasts to enjoy unforgettable moments in a harmonious rocky environment. In the winter, the ski resort with its cable cars offers downhill skiing, while in the summer, it makes it easy to reach the ridge for walks, hikes, and trekking.
