TREK & YOGA
Departure from Prato Spilla at 9:00 am

Starting from Prato Spilla, we will climb, leaving the accommodation behind us, crossing the adjacent meadows that until a few years ago were used as alpine ski slopes.
We will then skirt the beech forests which overlook the area where the slope will increase significantly until it approaches the rocky crest of the Mount Torricella and reaching the Torricella Saddle (1670 m).
We will then continue following the path halfway up the hill which will lead us to the Lake Martini (1710 m).
From here we will go up to the Giovarello Pass, where we will admire a breathtaking panorama that opens towards the Apuan Alps, then continuing on path 00 which will take us to the basin of Compione Lakes (1674 m), dominated by the imposing Mount Bragalata.
We will then return and reach the refuge Cagnin Hut and the banks of the Green Lake (1507 m); from here we will then continue on to the Lake Ballano then returning to the Prato Spilla car park.

At the end of the excursion our teacher Yoga, Mikol Garulli of Anima Appennino, will offer an easy-to-perform practice suitable for everyone aimed at recovering the energy used during walking.

At the end of the activity, those who wish will have the opportunity to have a snack at the Prato Spilla Refuge.
