Circular itinerary in the area of Trefiumi (Monchio delle Corti, Pr), locality i Legh, which will allow us to admire mixed forests of beech and chestnut trees, pine forests, ancient peat bogs and drying rooms. During the guided excursion Mikol, our yoga and pilates instructor, will propose to us exercises aimed at improving posture and breathing during activity.

Mandatory equipment Trekking boots, water bottle (mineral salts if necessary), backpack, clothing suitable for hiking and windproof jacket such as Gore Tex, hat, for those who have one, yoga mat

At the end of the trek, an easy yoga practice suitable for everyone will be offered.

The women of the Selvatiche community cooperative will prepare a lunch for participants based on locally harvested produce.
