A walk through the high-altitude meadows. During the excursion Elena Siffredi, an expert in wild herbs, will illustrate the main spontaneous plant species of the area, which she has been using for 20 years for her products. azienda agricola La Giustrela. The morphological characteristics will be highlighted to better recognize typical spring herbs, flowers, and edible fruits, exploring their uses in cooking and phytotherapy with many interesting facts.
Finally, with Elena it will be possible to have a short cooking experience with wild herbs, preparing a dish together.

Required and mandatory equipment: Layered clothing, boots with sculpted soles, a water bottle with at least 1 liter of water, and a rain jacket.
