The desire to enhance an area rich in history and traditions, where nature is lush and unspoiled has motivated us to make our apartment, which is located in a Residence at an altitude of about 1,200 meters, available all year round.

The apartment, renovated in 2023, is located on the second floor after a convenient internal staircase, has a large panoramic terrace overlooking the forest, valley and mountains, equipped for total relaxation, from which to admire spectacular sunsets and starry skies.

The living area gives onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, and appliances needed to prepare and eat lunch (induction stove). The pantry has everything you need (salt, sugar, coffee, water bottles), trail maps, tourist information, playing cards, books, board games are also available.

In the bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet, the guest will find trio of towels, soap, shower supplies and a hair dryer.
The apartment has a washing machine and a barbecue on the front lawn.
Free wifi inside the house, HD TV, outdoor car/motorbike parking, indoor during certain months of the year.
A large green space with a small table, benches and some games for young children is usable.

There are two rooms with the addition of a comfortable double sofa bed in one part of the living room. The house is functionally furnished so that the space can be experienced to the fullest.
In one of the two rooms there is a large closet, a bunk bed equipped with a French bed at the bottom topped by a single bed.
The other room, on the other hand, is arranged as a relaxation/reading room with a closet/closet, equipped with a single bed that can be converted into an armchair. A baby bed and high chair is available upon request.
