Open since 1967, this eatery, in the heart of the quaint village of Valditacca, offers a menu inspired by tradition and local products but does not lack a desire to experiment with innovative recipes.

For us, cooking means respect, love, humility.
Respect for raw materials, choosing products of the highest quality, preferring local producers, vegetables from the garden, products from the undergrowth and, why not, combined with carefully chosen domestic or foreign products, giving the palate a unique taste experience.
Love because those who sit at our table must feel the passion and care we take in creating our dishes.
Humility because the protagonist must always be the dish, with its story, its smell, its taste.
