The desire to enhance an area rich in history and traditions, where nature is lush and uncontaminated has motivated us to put available all year round our apartment is located in a residence at about 1200 meters above sea level.

The apartment, renovated in 2023, is located on the first floor after a comfortable internal staircase, has a large panoramic terrace overlooking the woods, the valley and the mountains, equipped for total relaxation, from which to admire spectacular sunsets and starry skies.

The living area opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and appliances necessary to prepare and eat lunch. (induction cooker). Everything you need is available in the pantry (salt, sugar, coffee, bottles of water), Trail maps, tourist information, playing cards, books, and board games are also available.

In the bathroom, which features a shower and bidet, guests will find a set of three towels, a bar of soap, shower supplies, and a hairdryer.
The apartment has a washing machine and a barbecue on the lawn in front.
Free Wi-Fi inside the house, HD TV, outdoor car/motorcycle parking, covered parking in certain months of the year.
There is a large green space available with a table, benches, and some games for the little ones.

There are two rooms with the addition of a comfortable double sofa bed in one part of the living room. The house is furnished in a functional way so that the space can be lived to the fullest.
In one of the two bedrooms there is a large wardrobe, a bunk bed with a French bed at the bottom and a single bed above it.
The other bedroom is designed as a relaxation/reading room with a wardrobe/shoe rack, and features a single bed that converts into an armchair. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
