For us, cooking means respect, love, humility.
Compared of raw materials, choosing products of excellent quality, favoring local producers, garden vegetables, products of the undergrowth and, why not, combined with carefully selected national or foreign products, which give the palate a unique taste experience.
Love because whoever sits at our table must perceive the passion and care we put into creating our dishes.
