PARTICIPATION RULES

Thematic Events – Monchio delle Corti

1. Registration and booking

Participation in the Thematic Events is on Reservations are required via the dedicated form on the event page WITHIN 24 HOURS of the event's start date.
For the possible Cancellation is required at least 48 hours notice before the start date. by contacting the relevant GAE Guide by telephone for each individual meeting.
Registration implies full acceptance of these regulations.
Seats are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each event requires a MINIMUM of 8 registrants.

2. ⁠Participation in the event

Participation in the event necessarily includes all the activities planned by the event under the conditions proposed by the organizers:
• possible guided excursion
• training and educational interventions
• tasting or themed lunch/dinner
• any workshops or outdoor activities
The share is unique and indivisible.

3. Terms of payment

The payment takes place on site, at the beginning of the event, in cash only.
The choice to pay in cash is due to the fact that many events begin with excursions to natural areas without POS coverage.

4. Trust Pact

Registration represents a commitment to the organization, the guides, the producers and the restaurateurs involved.
Booking means:
• respect the commitment made
• communicate any cancellations with adequate notice
• do not take seats away from other participants
Thematic Events are based on a Pact of Mutual Trust, a fundamental element for the success of the initiative.
In the event of failure to notify or unjustified absence, the organization reserves the right not to accept future reservations.

5. Participation in excursions

The excursions are led by qualified guides.
Each participant:
• declares to be in suitable physical condition
• undertakes to follow the guide's instructions
• respects the natural environment and current regulations
• wear appropriate clothing and footwear
The organization can:
• change itineraries or schedules for safety reasons or weather conditions
• stop the activity in case of dangerous behaviors
• exclude anyone who does not follow the guide's instructions
Participation involves taking personal responsibility for activities carried out in a natural environment.

6. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire duration of the event.

7. Cancellation or changes

The organization reserves the right to:
• postpone or cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure
• modify the program while maintaining the quality of the experience unchanged
In case of cancellation, participants will be promptly informed.
If the minimum number of 8 participants is not reached, each participant will be notified by email that the event has been cancelled.

8. Acceptance

Participation in the Thematic Events implies full acceptance of these regulations.
